Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions. Please let us know if you can’t find what you need.

Bookings can be re-scheduled or cancelled up to 2 business day prior – otherwise a fee may apply.

You can reschedule online, by email or phone within your cancellation time period.

Unfortunately, we can’t control the weather. However, we do offer free sky replacements for those gloomy, overcast days wherever possible.
In case of heavy rain, snow we always contact our client and provide them with alternative date to reschedule and in this case we do not charge any fee as long as all services rescheduled to an alternative date and time.

Booking notices varies and depends on how busy we get, and since we offer online booking system ,  we can’t always provide you with definite availability .

Best practice is to always book a head of time to make sure you have your spot on our service calendar.

We are closed on Sundays and generally our photographers are resting too!

However, if you really need a Sunday booking, we’ll try our best to make it happen.

Keep in mind that Sunday bookings come with a $50 surcharge, as it’s an extra special arrangement for our team.

To request a Sunday booking, just shoot us an email or give us a call. We’re here to help!

This depends on the services requested and the size of the home.. For listings up to 3000sqft, we recommend the following:

Photos: 1 hour
Videos: 1 hour (or more if the agent is in the video)
Aerial Drone: 30 minutes
Matterport / iGuide: 1 hour
Twilights: 30 minutes
